Though my work takes many forms, from building careers and sharing stories to strengthening community, it is all guided by one purpose: honoring God through work that helps people feel seen, embrace the significance of their stories, and recognize the possibilities within them.
I am also grateful to volunteer with Ballantyne Families Helping Neighbors in Need, supporting its mission to provide food assistance, hope, and care to local families during seasons when they need it most.
My hope is that the life and work I build will inspire my children and the people I love to carry forward what matters most while creating meaningful legacies of their own.

I’m a relationship-first growth leader with more than 15 years in business development and strategic growth, including over a decade in mortgage recruiting.
As VP, Strategic Growth Partner at US Mortgage Corporation, I connect loan officers and sales leaders with opportunities where they can feel supported, valued, and positioned to thrive. My recruiting experience spans every level of the mortgage industry, from operations professionals and loan officers to branch managers, sales leaders, and C-suite executives.
My approach starts with listening. I take the time to understand each person’s story, their why, what they value, and the season they are in professionally. From there, we explore whether an opportunity truly aligns with their goals and what they hope to build next.
I believe every story matters, and I am committed to helping people make thoughtful career decisions that support the life they want to live and the legacy they hope to leave.
Beyond the work
My roots are in Jersey City, New Jersey, where my mother made a home after migrating from the Philippines as a nurse. She came with a vision to build a path for her family and the generations that would follow. I grew up watching her care for others and, later, create opportunities through the nursing school and recruitment agency she founded.
I once thought I would become a counselor. My path took me through ten years in publishing in New York City and then into healthcare recruitment alongside my mother. In 2015, I was offered an opportunity to join a mortgage recruiting agency, and there was no turning back. What has kept me here is the people. I value the relationships and friendships I’ve built over the years, and I feel fortunate to help others build lasting legacies of their own.
Today, I’m a mother to teenage twins, a woman of faith, and a community builder. I’ve kept a journal since the fifth grade, and writing remains one of the ways I reflect, make sense of life, and connect with the stories we carry.
